Website Development

Fast, modern websites for small and medium businesses in Banja Luka, Bosnia and the region. Hand-coded, no off-the-shelf themes, with one goal — getting people to find you and reach out.

In short: a one-page site from 300 KM and 7–10 days, a business site from 500 KM and 2–4 weeks. The price includes a domain for the first year and three months of maintenance. The domain, hosting and code stay in your name.

What you get

A website isn't a brochure sitting on the internet. If it doesn't bring in inquiries, it hasn't done its job. That's why every project is built around what a visitor should do — call, send a message, book a slot — and everything else is subordinate to that.

  • Design from scratch — no off-the-shelf themes already used by three other companies in town. Your site doesn't look like a template because it isn't one.
  • Speed you can measure — no heavy themes, no pile of plugins. Run this site through PageSpeed and compare it with any other site in the industry.
  • Mobile first — most of your visitors arrive on a phone, so everything is designed and tested there first.
  • Contact forms & click-to-call — a phone number that dials with one tap, a form that lands in your inbox, Viber and WhatsApp links.
  • Basic SEO built in from the start — titles, descriptions, structure, sitemap and Google Business Profile, not bolted on afterward.
  • Domain and hosting setup — registered in your name, with access that's yours from day one.

What the process looks like

  1. Conversation & analysis. What you do, who your clients are, what you want the site to achieve. The questions are specific and take half an hour, not two meetings.
  2. Quote & design. You get a fixed price and timeline. Then a visual concept — with a round of revisions until it's right. Development only starts once you approve the look.
  3. Build & testing. I build from scratch, test on real phones and computers, optimize for speed and prepare it for search.
  4. Launch & handover. The site goes live, I submit it to Google Search Console, you get access to everything and a short guide to what's where.

What kind of sites I build

Mostly business sites for services — tradespeople, restaurants and cafés, healthcare, lawyers, bookkeepers, gyms, real estate agencies. What they have in common: a client searches, compares two or three sites and calls the one that looks serious and opens fast.

I also build more complex things when needed: online appointment booking, digital menus you can update without reprinting, service catalogs, galleries, content in two languages. If you need an internal system instead of a public website, that's a custom web application instead.

Why hand-coded, not an off-the-shelf theme

Off-the-shelf themes and visual page builders carry a pile of code your site will never use — dozens of plugins and libraries loaded on every page to cover every conceivable case. You pay for that in speed, and speed costs you visitors who leave before the page even opens.

When I hand-code a site, it only contains what you actually need. That's the difference you can measure yourself, on any speed-testing tool.

What affects the price

Number of pages and sections, whether I receive the copy and photos or prepare them myself, functionality that requires server-side work (bookings, user accounts), and the timeline. The full breakdown with every line item explained is on the pricing page.

Questions

Frequently asked about website development

How long does building a website take?
A simple site usually takes 7 to 10 days, a business site 2 to 4 weeks. The longest wait is usually for materials — copy, photos and logo. If they're ready at the start, the timeline shortens noticeably.
Who writes the website copy?
You can provide it yourself, or I can write it for an extra fee. If you have nothing yet, we start with a short questionnaire about your business, and I write a first draft for you to approve.
Will I be able to edit the content myself?
If content changes rarely, I make the edits myself and it's included in maintenance — faster and cheaper than paying for a system you'd use twice a year. If you change content often, I build in an admin panel and show you how to use it.
Who owns the domain, hosting and code after launch?
You do. I register them in your name and you get every access. If you ever switch to someone else, nothing holds you back — that's deliberate.
