The most common question nobody answers clearly. Here are the ranges I start from — you get the final fixed-price quote before any work begins, no surprises later.

Updates, backups, security patches, speed monitoring and small content changes. It's optional — the site is yours and you can maintain it yourself.
The price depends entirely on how complex the process is. I first look at how you work and tell you realistically how much can be saved — only then comes the quote.
Five sections and thirty subpages aren't the same job — not in design, not in copy.
If you already have them, it's faster and cheaper. If not, I prepare them, and that's a separate piece of work.
Bookings, user accounts and anything stored in a database raise the price because they require server-side work.
A normal timeline is already priced in. "I need it in three days" is a different job.
