Web & software · Banja Luka & the region

Websites that bring in clients. Software that saves you hours.

I build fast, modern websites for small and medium businesses — and when a website isn't enough anymore, I build what's behind it too: web applications and business automation. All directly with me, no agency middlemen.

What I offer

Services: website development, SEO and automation

Websites are the core of what I do and where most collaborations start. But I'm not just a website designer — I also work with servers, databases and infrastructure, so I can handle what's happening behind the site too.

All services in detail

Web presence

What clients call me about most often

SEO & local visibility

Technical SEO, content structure and Google Business Profile — so people find you when they search "your service + your city".

Maintenance, hosting & support

Updates, backups, security and small changes through a monthly subscription — whether I built the site or someone before me did.

Business solutions

When a website isn't enough anymore

Business process automation

Everything you do by hand every day — quotes, invoices, reports, reminders — software can do instead. You focus on the work, not the admin.

Custom web applications

Work order tracking, warehouse management, mini-CRM, scheduling, client portals — built exactly the way your company actually works.

AI assistant & document processing

A chatbot that answers common questions and captures leads while you sleep, or automated invoice and document processing instead of manual retyping.

Servers, databases & infrastructure

Migrations, backups, monitoring, security and speed. The stuff you don't see until it fails — and then you see too much of it.

Fixing & speeding up existing sites

Got a site that's slow, looks bad on phones, or Google can't read? It's often fixable without building a whole new site.

Automation

What automation actually means

This is the least-known, and often the most cost-effective, service I offer. So no technical jargon — here's what it looks like before and after, based on real small and medium businesses.

Quotes & estimates

Before Every quote is typed in Word, prices are copied from Excel, then the email is sent manually. About 40 minutes per quote.
After You pick the items in a form, the system calculates it, generates a PDF and sends it to the client. About 2 minutes.

If you send 20 quotes a month — about 12 hours back, every month

Records & reports

Before Data lives in three Excel sheets that nobody keeps in sync, and the monthly report takes a day and a half to put together.
After One database everyone can access from their phone, and the report generates itself on the first of the month.

No more files named report_final_2_LATEST.xlsx

Not sure if it's worth it for you? Process analysis is free — I'll look at how you work now and tell you honestly what's worth automating and what isn't. For more on what this looks like in practice, see the business process automation page.

No obligation

Free analysis of your website in 48h

Send me a link to your site and within 48 hours you'll get a concrete analysis — no 12-page report and no sales pressure.

  • How slow it loads and what's causing it
  • What it actually looks like on a phone
  • What Google can't read
  • Three things you can fix right away, without me

If you need help — I'm here. If not, the analysis is still yours to keep.

The price depends entirely on how complex the process is. I first look at how you work and tell you realistically how much can be saved — only then comes the quote.

Number of pages and sections

Five sections and thirty subpages aren't the same job — not in design, not in copy.

Copy and photos

If you already have them, it's faster and cheaper. If not, I prepare them, and that's a separate piece of work.

Functionality

Bookings, user accounts and anything stored in a database raise the price because they require server-side work.

Timeline

A normal timeline is already priced in. "I need it in three days" is a different job.

Process

How building a website works, step by step

A clear process with no surprises — you know exactly what happens at each step and who you're talking to.

  1. 01

    Conversation & analysis

I get to know your business, your goals and how you currently work — only then do I propose a solution.

  2. 02

    Quote & design

You get a fixed price and timeline, then a visual concept aligned with your brand.

  3. 03

    Build & testing

I build from scratch, test on every device, and optimize for speed and search.

  4. 04

    Launch & support

The site goes live, you get access to everything, and I stay available for whatever comes next.

Fair, transparent pricing

Ranges are public on the site, and you get a fixed quote before work begins. No hidden costs and no "that wasn't included" surprises later.

Software developer, not just a web designer

I've written software for years: programming languages, databases and servers are part of my daily work. When you need something that isn't "just another page" — bookings, an internal system, automation — I don't need to bring in outside help.

Speed isn't a marketing word, it's measurable

I hand-code sites, without heavy themes and a pile of plugins. Run this site through PageSpeed and compare it with any other site in the industry.

Mobile-first, not an afterthought

Most of your clients arrive on a phone. Everything is designed and tested there first, then on a large screen.

For companies and for individuals

Registered company, trade or sole proprietor — I adapt the collaboration and invoicing to your situation.

FAQ

Questions I get before every project

These are the four questions that come up in almost every first conversation. I answer them here so you don't have to call to get them.

All answers in one place

How much does a website cost?
A simple one-page site starts at 300 KM, and a business site with more sections and SEO starts at 500 KM. The exact price depends on the number of pages, whether I receive the copy and images or prepare them myself, and functionality like online bookings. You get a fixed-price quote before any work begins — the full price list is here.
How long does building a website take?
A simple site usually takes 7 to 10 days, a business site 2 to 4 weeks. The biggest part of the wait is usually the materials — copy, photos and logo. If you have them ready, the timeline shortens.
What if I already have a website?
I can speed up an existing site, fix its mobile display, clean up its SEO, or take over maintenance — without a full rebuild. Send the link and within 48 hours you'll get a free analysis with concrete findings.
What is business process automation, and do I need it?
It's replacing repetitive manual work with software — instead of typing every quote in Word, the system generates and sends it on its own. It pays off as soon as you do some task the same way more than once a week. Process analysis is free: I look at how you currently work and tell you what's realistically worth automating.
