Number of pages and sections
Five sections and thirty subpages aren't the same job — not in design, not in copy.
Copy and photos
If you already have them, it's faster and cheaper. If not, I prepare them, and that's a separate piece of work.
Functionality
Bookings, user accounts and anything stored in a database raise the price because they require server-side work.
Timeline
A normal timeline is already priced in. "I need it in three days" is a different job.
Costs that never go through me
To avoid surprises, these are line items you pay to vendors, not to me. I register and configure them in your name, so ownership always stays with you.
| Item | Roughly | Note |
| Domain (.com, .ba, .rs) | first year included, then 20–50 KM per year | The site's address. I cover the first year, then it's yours going forward. |
| Hosting | 0–150 KM per year | A free tier is often enough for brochure sites; applications need a real server. |
| SSL certificate | 0 KM | Included with the hosting I use. |
| Business email | optional | An address on your own domain instead of a free service. Free with some hosting plans. |
| Licensed photos | optional | Only if you don't have your own and don't want a photoshoot. |
Why there's no "from 99 KM" price
Because it would be dishonest. A 99 KM site is an off-the-shelf theme with your logo dropped in — it loads slowly, looks like three other sites in town, and asks to be paid for again from scratch within six months. If that's enough for you, there are tools you can use to do it yourself for less than anyone would charge you, and that's honest advice.
What I charge for is time: a conversation about what you actually need, design from scratch, hand-coded code that loads fast, and setup so Google can find you. If that's not what you're looking for, it's better to know that up front than later.
What if your budget doesn't reach the lower end
Tell me honestly what it is. The work can often be split into phases — first a simple page that captures inquiries, then expansion once it starts paying for itself. Better to do less, done right, than everything done poorly. If even that doesn't work, I'll tell you which free tools to use until the timing is right.
